How much is shipping?

Orders are calculated at checkout, usually from of $6.99 - $9.99. Orders over $49 ship for free, except for larger crates and heaver items that have their own shipping rate, also calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be packed and headed to your furbaby within 2 business days - we email you as soon as it's been shipped and keep you updated if any delays occur! You can always track your order here. Most customers can expect to receive their order within 5-7 business days with some brand exceptions (See below).

Fable Crates U.S. Orders:

In-stock non-furniture items are typically fulfilled and shipped out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the website. Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.

NOTE: Due to International supply chain disruptions, our Signature Crates are experiencing shipping delays.

While our Crates typically ship within a 1-2 week window, orders may experience additional shipping delays of up to 4 weeks

Crates are delivered in the order they are purchased, secure yours now to ensure the earliest delivery.

What is your return policy?

Pup List Return Policy

At Pup List, we want to ensure you and your pup are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our return policy:

Return of Pup List Brand Items:

Return Window: Unless otherwise noted, items that are Pup List brand items (as identified on product page), can be returned within 1 month from the date of purchase, whether bought for yourself or received as gifts.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return is received.
  • Shipping and Surcharge Fees: These fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns from other retailers, nor can we return gift cards.
  • No Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • Gift Returns: Refunds for gifts will be issued as Pup List Shop credit.
  • Personal Purchases: Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Final Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with refund details once the return is processed.
  • Damaged/Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Reserve the Right to Refuse Returns

Pup List reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, returns of items that are used, damaged, missing original packaging, or outside the designated return period. Additionally, we may decline returns that show signs of abuse or excessive return patterns. Our team will assess each return request on a case-by-case basis, and we retain full discretion in approving or denying returns.

Return of items purchased from other brands/retailers within our marketplace:

For all non-Pup List brand items that are purchased from other retailers within our marketplace, Pup List abides by the return policy of the retailer.

Returns must be processed by the retailer from which they were purchased, meaning that you'll need to contact them directly to set up your return.

Order Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Approval of cancellations is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to fulfill any order as placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Pup List reserves the right to refuse cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to high-demand items, custom products, and pre-orders.

We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
