PCR samples do not require an ice pack for the sample's shipment. This is because DNA is remarkably stable, even in warm temperatures, making it unaffected by the fluctuations in temperature that like traditional microscopy methods are.

Additionally, we have partnered with FedEx for priority overnight shipping. FedEx is well-informed that these are lab samples and maintains them in cool and secure storage conditions during transit. This logistics arrangement ensures that samples are delivered to our lab by 10 am the next day, minimizing the time they spend in transport.

While we are confident in the stability and reliability of our shipping process without the need for ice packs, we understand and respect your preferences. Should you wish for ice packs to be included with your shipment, we are more than happy to accommodate this request. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Soak the cool pads in water for about 10-15 minutes long enough for the cells to swell tight.
• Remove cool pack form water and remove excess water. Place pads in freezer. Make sure pads are STACKED PLASTIC SIDE DOWN to prevent them from sticking to the freezer shelf and to each other.
• Freeze for at least 12 hours.
