Bed is great, cover not so much

My dog won’t use the bed with the cover on it. The nature of the waterproof fabric is that it’s not very breathable, so it acts like a bouncy castle when he steps on the bed. I’ve taken the cover off the bed and wrapped the bed in a soft blanket that I can wash. I wish there were cozier options for the cover, as we are past the need for waterproof.

I understand the concept of this bed! Comfortable memory foam and of course super duper waterproof cover, but the combination of the two is a total failure. The bed legit scares my dog bc of how much it goes up and down and isn’t stable. Because the cover is the material it is, the minute any pressure is applied to the bed, air pockets form inside and I think that is the main thing that scared my dog. Even when he laid down, there were still air pockets. I even tried to unzip the cover a tad, but it still happened.Just overall disappointed with this purchase. I should have listened to the other reviews that said their dogs don’t like the bed. At $150, you would think they would prioritize function and quality, not just things that are good in theory.

Love it

Such a pretty color and so fluffy. All 4 of my dogs want to sleep on it. Will need to buy more

The slip cover needs vents

The bed looked and felt high quality until my dog tried to get on the bed. While I appreciate the apparent water resistance, without vents in the bed it creates a balloon like effect and makes the bed unstable and therefore scary for my dog to stand on before laying down. It takes many seconds to deflate.
